Cooking instructions

How do you heat the fully cooked ribs?

The ribs from Störnugrís are diced at a low temperature for several hours. The product is fully cooked and therefore only needs to be heated.

Turn on the grill and let it reach medium high heat.

Open the packages but keep the packaging because it is good to use the leftover marinade to brush the meat.

Grill the ribs for 3-5 minutes on each side and brush the ribs when you turn them.

You can also heat the ribs in the oven at 190°C for 10 minutes.

How do you cook fresh ribs?

Bara Grill:

Place the ribs in aluminum foil and grill on an indirect heat at 180° for 2 - 3 hours until they are tender.

take the rib off the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes,

Remove the ribs from the aluminum foil, then brush with BBQ and finish them on the hot grill.

Oven & Grill:

Wrap the ribs carefully in aluminum foil or grill paper and place in an oven drawer and bake for 2-3 hours at 160 degrees or until the meat is completely tender. take the ribs out of the oven and rest for 10 minutes, then take the ribs out of the aluminum foil brush them with BBQ sauce or a similar sauce, now the ribs are ready directly on the grill or in the oven.

Finished on the grill:

Heat the grill to high heat and turn regularly and brush with bbq for about 8 - 10 minutes.

Finished in the oven:

Heat the oven to 190°C. brush the grate with bbq and place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes.
